The problem
Rise Realty is a real estate firm in Miami and South Florida. It sells and leases homes and commercial property. It also helps companies move offices and rents out furnished offices.
Each of these services needed its own listings on one website. Agents needed tools to manage their listings and leads. Staff without technical skills had to be able to update the site.
What we built
We built a public website, an admin dashboard and an agent dashboard.
- Listings for homes, commercial property and serviced offices, with filters for each type
- An agent dashboard for listings, leads, appointments and client contact
- An admin dashboard to manage listings, agents, payments and site content
- A content management system (CMS), built with Laravel and Inertia.js, so staff edit pages without code
- Payments through PayPal, and direct bank access through Plaid
- Secure login with NextAuth, with different access for admins and agents
- Fast pages: Next.js builds each page on the server, so it opens quickly. Each property also gets a search-friendly page
The result
Rise Realty now runs all of its services from one website. Agents manage their own listings and leads. Admins see everything in one dashboard.
Staff update pages themselves, without waiting for a developer.
