AI Agents and Intelligent Automation

We build AI agents that answer customers, make phone calls and do repeated work, from your own knowledge base.

  • A free 30-minute call
  • A demo every week
  • Nothing goes live until you approve it

What is it?

An AI agent is software that understands a request, decides what to do and does it with your tools. It can answer a customer, make a phone call or update a record in your software.

We built Verbex, where AI agents make and answer sales calls in English, Bangla or Japanese. Our own product Onedesk Pro answers common customer questions from a knowledge base, and passes hard questions to a person.

What we do

  • Autonomous AI agents

Agents that take a task, use your tools and finish it, such as booking a meeting or updating a record.

  • Voice and conversational AI

AI agents that make and answer phone calls, and chat on your website, as we built for Verbex.

  • Custom RAG and knowledge bases

The AI reads your own documents, prices and policies before it answers, so every answer uses your facts.

  • Business process automation

We connect your apps so that orders, invoices and emails move between them without anyone copying data.

  • AI system integration

We add AI to the software you already use, such as your help desk, sales software or booking tool.

Tools we use

  • GPT-4.1 / GPT-4o / Mini / Nano
  • OpenAI
  • LiveKit
  • Deepgram
  • Twilio
  • React Flow
  • Make.com
  • Cal.com
  • Python
  • Node.js
  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL

How we work

We work in 4 steps, from the first call to support after launch. You see a demo every week, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

  1. Talk

Book a free 30-minute call. We ask about your business, your users, your budget and your deadline.

You get: an estimate for your project

  2. Plan

We write down every feature, the order we build them in, how long each part takes and what it costs. If the plan has to change, we tell you the new time and cost before we go on.

You get: a written plan to approve before we start

  3. Build

We build one part at a time. Every week, we show you a demo of the work on Google Meet, and you tell us what to change. Between demos, you can message the people who build it on WhatsApp.

You get: a demo of the work every week

  4. Launch and support

You check the finished work first, where your users cannot see it. When you approve it, we launch it or hand it over, and show your team how to use it. After launch, we fix problems and make updates.

You get: your work live or in your hands, and a team that knows how to use it

Work we have done

Questions people ask

What can an AI agent do for my business?

An AI agent does repeated work, so your team has more time for customers. It can answer questions from your own documents at any hour. It can also make phone calls, or move data between your apps.

You decide which tasks it may do on its own, and which it passes to a person.

Have you built AI agents before?

Yes. We built Verbex, a platform where AI agents make and answer sales calls by phone and on the web. Sales teams build their own agents without code, and test them in the browser before real calls.

We also build and run Onedesk Pro, our own customer messaging platform. Its AI assistant answers common questions from a knowledge base and hands over to a person when needed.

What is RAG, and why does it matter?

RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) means the AI looks up your own documents before it answers. Without it, the AI answers from general knowledge and can make things up.

We build the knowledge base from your prices, policies and documents, and keep it up to date. The answers then match what your business really does.

What do you need from us to start an AI project?

We need a clear goal and real examples of the work you want the AI to do. For a support agent, that means your documents and the questions customers ask most.

You do not need a data team. We help you collect and prepare the rest.

Can you sign an NDA before we share our idea?

Yes. When you ask, we sign a mutual NDA (non-disclosure agreement) before the first discovery call or the project start. It protects your idea and your confidential data.

How much does a project cost?

The price depends on the features, the platforms and your deadline. A simple website costs far less than a SaaS product with many users.

After a free call, we send you an estimate. Before we start, you get a written plan with the cost of each step.

How long does a project take?

The time depends on the size of the project and how many features it needs.

After our first call, we send you a plan that shows each step and how long it takes. You see a demo every week, so you always know where the project is.

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Yes. Our team is in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we work remotely with companies in any country.

Our office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Bangladesh time (UTC+6).

How do we stay in touch during the project?

Every week, we show you a demo of the working software on Google Meet. You tell us what to change. Between demos, you can reach us on WhatsApp.

Other services

  • Custom Web and SaaS Engineering

We build custom web apps and SaaS platforms, with the APIs, databases and cloud setup behind them.

  • Mobile App Development

We build iOS and Android apps with Flutter, React Native or native code, and publish them to both stores.

  • Product Design (UI/UX)

We research, wireframe and design web and mobile apps in Figma, with clickable prototypes and a design system.

Is there a task you want an AI agent to do for your team?

Book a free 30-minute call and tell us what you need. We will suggest the next step and send you an estimate of the cost and time. During the project, you see a demo every week and can message the people who build it on WhatsApp.
