Custom Web and SaaS Engineering

We build custom web apps and SaaS platforms, with the APIs, databases and cloud setup behind them.

  • A free 30-minute call
  • A demo every week
  • Nothing goes live until you approve it

What is it?

Custom software is built for the way your business works, when no ready-made tool fits. A SaaS product (software as a service) is software you sell to many customers by subscription.

We build both, from the screens to the database and the cloud servers behind them. For example, Choice Cafe runs orders, stock and deliveries for every branch in one system. Our own product Sulator serves many companies from one platform, each in its own workspace.

What we do

  • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms

One platform that serves many companies, each with its own accounts and data, as in Verbex and Sulator.

  • Custom web applications

Web apps built with Next.js and React, from the screens to the database, by one team.

  • APIs and backend architecture

APIs (the links between apps) that stay fast under load, and databases planned so your app grows without slowing down.

  • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps

Your app on AWS or Google Cloud, in Docker, with automated tests and releases (CI/CD) on every change.

  • Embedded analytics and live dashboards

Charts and reports inside your own app that update on their own, like the Choice Cafe branch dashboard.

Tools we use

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Laravel
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • Prisma ORM
  • Firebase
  • Stripe
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud

How we work

We work in 4 steps, from the first call to support after launch. You see a demo every week, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

  1. Talk

Book a free 30-minute call. We ask about your business, your users, your budget and your deadline.

You get: an estimate for your project

  2. Plan

We write down every feature, the order we build them in, how long each part takes and what it costs. If the plan has to change, we tell you the new time and cost before we go on.

You get: a written plan to approve before we start

  3. Build

We build one part at a time. Every week, we show you a demo of the work on Google Meet, and you tell us what to change. Between demos, you can message the people who build it on WhatsApp.

You get: a demo of the work every week

  4. Launch and support

You check the finished work first, where your users cannot see it. When you approve it, we launch it or hand it over, and show your team how to use it. After launch, we fix problems and make updates.

You get: your work live or in your hands, and a team that knows how to use it

Work we have done

Questions people ask

Where do we start if our work is still on paper and spreadsheets?

We start with the one task that takes your team the most time. For example, we replace paper forms with an online form, or weekly spreadsheets with a live dashboard. Then we move on to the next task.

Can you build a SaaS product that many companies use?

Yes. This is called a multi-tenant platform: one system that serves many companies. Each company has its own accounts, and its data stays apart from the others.

We built Verbex this way, with company accounts, user roles and billing. Our own product Sulator gives each company its own workspace.

Can you work with our old system?

Yes. We can connect a new app to your old system, or move your data out of it step by step. We study the old system first, then suggest the plan with the least risk to your daily work.

Which tools do you build with?

We build the screens with Next.js, React and TypeScript, and the server side with Node.js or Laravel. Data lives in PostgreSQL or MySQL, or in Firebase when the app needs live updates.

We run the app on AWS, Google Cloud or Vercel, in Docker. A script tests and releases every change (CI/CD).

Who owns the code when the project ends?

You do. When the project is fully paid, you own 100 % of the custom source code and the intellectual property. We hand over the code, the accounts and the documents.

How much does a project cost?

The price depends on the features, the platforms and your deadline. A simple website costs far less than a SaaS product with many users.

After a free call, we send you an estimate. Before we start, you get a written plan with the cost of each step.

How long does a project take?

The time depends on the size of the project and how many features it needs.

After our first call, we send you a plan that shows each step and how long it takes. You see a demo every week, so you always know where the project is.

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Yes. Our team is in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we work remotely with companies in any country.

Our office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Bangladesh time (UTC+6).

How do we stay in touch during the project?

Every week, we show you a demo of the working software on Google Meet. You tell us what to change. Between demos, you can reach us on WhatsApp.

Other services

  • AI Agents and Intelligent Automation

We build AI agents that answer customers, make phone calls and do repeated work, from your own knowledge base.

  • Mobile App Development

We build iOS and Android apps with Flutter, React Native or native code, and publish them to both stores.

  • Product Design (UI/UX)

We research, wireframe and design web and mobile apps in Figma, with clickable prototypes and a design system.

Do you need a web app, a SaaS platform or an API?

Book a free 30-minute call and tell us what you need. We will suggest the next step and send you an estimate of the cost and time. During the project, you see a demo every week and can message the people who build it on WhatsApp.
