The problem

Before the project, Apple Tree had no online presence. Staff managed services, bookings and customer communication manually.

The team needed a way to present its grooming services online and manage daily work from one place. The owner had limited experience with digital tools, so the solution also had to be easy to understand and use.

What we built

From February to April 2026, we designed and built Apple Tree’s website, connected its social platforms and created a content management system (CMS).

The website presents the parlour’s services and prices. Customers contact Apple Tree through WhatsApp to arrange an appointment. Staff confirm bookings there. We have started work to automate this booking process.

The CMS includes tools for managing website content, services, prices and customer records. We also built a point-of-sale (POS) system for service sales.

We set up page metadata, a sitemap, structured data and local SEO. We also added AEO and GEO work, plus an AI web chat to help visitors find information.

After the website project, we provided a branding guide and onboarded Apple Tree to Onedesk Pro. The team uses the subscription to manage social media posts and customer conversations. We also helped set up its Meta Business account, Meta Pixel, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp Business account.

The result

Apple Tree reports that more people began visiting its website and contacting the business through Facebook Messenger. The team also reports stronger customer retention, but has not shared a measured comparison yet.

Apple Tree says customers have also started discovering the business through AI assistants. The new website gives the parlour an online place where customers can explore services and contact the team.

Challenges we solved

  1. Challenge
This was our first project in the grooming industry. We needed to understand the parlour’s daily work and explain how digital tools could help the team follow up with customers.
    How we solved it
Apple Tree shared business details and content with us. We worked with the owner to shape the system around daily needs and took ownership of the implementation.
