Product Design (UI/UX)

We research, wireframe and design web and mobile apps in Figma, with clickable prototypes and a design system.

  • A free 30-minute call
  • A demo every week
  • Nothing goes live until you approve it

What is it?

UI (user interface) design is how your app looks: the screens and buttons. UX (user experience) design is how easy it is to finish a task.

We research, wireframe and design every screen in Figma, and you test a clickable prototype before anyone writes code. For example, we designed and built the Tune Tag website, where fans tap a card and play an album.

What we do

  • User research and wireframes

We talk to your users and draw simple page plans, so we fix the flow before we design the look.

  • Web and mobile app interface design

Every screen of your web or mobile app designed in Figma, ready for developers to build.

  • Clickable prototypes

A prototype you tap through like the real app, so you can test it with users before anyone writes code.

  • Design systems and component libraries

One set of colors, fonts and reusable parts, in Figma and in code, so every screen matches.

  • UX audit and conversion optimization

We review where users give up in your app or on your site, and redesign those steps.

Tools we use

  • Figma
  • Shadcn/UI
  • Tailwind CSS

How we work

We work in 4 steps, from the first call to support after launch. You see a demo every week, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

  1. Talk

Book a free 30-minute call. We ask about your business, your users, your budget and your deadline.

You get: an estimate for your project

  2. Plan

We write down every feature, the order we build them in, how long each part takes and what it costs. If the plan has to change, we tell you the new time and cost before we go on.

You get: a written plan to approve before we start

  3. Build

We build one part at a time. Every week, we show you a demo of the work on Google Meet, and you tell us what to change. Between demos, you can message the people who build it on WhatsApp.

You get: a demo of the work every week

  4. Launch and support

You check the finished work first, where your users cannot see it. When you approve it, we launch it or hand it over, and show your team how to use it. After launch, we fix problems and make updates.

You get: your work live or in your hands, and a team that knows how to use it

Questions people ask

Why design an app before we build it?

You see and test every screen before anyone writes code. Changing a design takes less work than changing finished code. Your developers then build from a clear plan.

How do you design an app?

We start with your users: who they are and what they need to finish. Then we draw wireframes, simple page plans that show the flow without colors or pictures.

Once the flow works, we design every screen in Figma and link them into a prototype you can tap through. You test it with real users before anyone writes code.

Can you design an app that another team will build?

Yes. We can design only, or design and build. If another team builds it, we share the Figma files and the design system, and answer their questions.

What is a design system, and do we need one?

A design system is one set of colors, fonts and reusable parts, such as buttons and forms. It lives in Figma and in code. Every new screen uses the same parts, so your product looks the same everywhere.

You need one when more than one person designs or builds screens for your product.

How much does a project cost?

The price depends on the features, the platforms and your deadline. A simple website costs far less than a SaaS product with many users.

After a free call, we send you an estimate. Before we start, you get a written plan with the cost of each step.

How long does a project take?

The time depends on the size of the project and how many features it needs.

After our first call, we send you a plan that shows each step and how long it takes. You see a demo every week, so you always know where the project is.

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Yes. Our team is in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we work remotely with companies in any country.

Our office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Bangladesh time (UTC+6).

How do we stay in touch during the project?

Every week, we show you a demo of the working software on Google Meet. You tell us what to change. Between demos, you can reach us on WhatsApp.
