Responsibilities
- Manage the Upwork lead generation pipeline from bidding to fixed interview.
- Craft customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Handle initial client communications and chats to book discovery calls.
- Pitch core agency services: Web Development, AI Integration & Automation, UI/UX Design, and Digital Transformation.
- Collaborate with technical leads to facilitate smooth handoffs for closing deals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Upwork lead generation for IT agencies or freelancers.
- Deep understanding of Web Development, AI Integration, UI/UX Design, and Digital Transformation.
- Stellar track record of high proposal-to-interview conversion rates.
- Excellent written English communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently identify high-value opportunities and grab client attention.
